Most importantly we offer you a CLEAN condo! We leave the cleaning check list inside the condo and call you to make certain the condo meets with your approval...and we don't pay our cleaners until YOU are satisfied!!! Stay with confidence.

This is Cheryl. She supervises the cleaning staff, and inspects the condo before you arrive.

Cheryl may be small, but she is tough. The place is scrubbed, disinfected, and spotless--- from the windows, light switches, ceiling fan, floors, kitchen, bathroom, to the lanai.

Cheryl is in charge of our units. She runs the show... and then runs her white glove over everything before you check-in: behind the couch, under the bed, and inside the cabinets!!

Cheryl also checks the inventory and the condition of the condo when you leave.....Extra cleanings during your visit can be arranged directly with her.

Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrella, Boogie Board.....are all found on the large relaxing lanai

When you arrive, you will find everything you need to start your stay.....hand soap and bar soap for the tub, starter laundry detergent and a variety of cleaning products for your use.

We leave starter coffee in the unit and a few basic spices. There is even an umbrella and a small sewing kit

The kitchen comes equipped with a blender, crock pot, and rice cooker, toaster. Cuisinart Coffee maker, a full size refrigerator, stove & oven

We live from two to six months in these units when we are in Hawaii, so we have tried to supply them with everything you need to cook in.... measuring cups, stirring spoons, pot holders, kitchen towels.........

No need to pay the extra fees for checked bags: We have a new front load Maytag washer/dryer...........lots of linens............ and even include an ironing board and iron

New tropical dishware, tour books, and insider guide are all here for you......

Stay cool--open the windows or put on the ceiling fan, table top fan, or air conditioner. Utilities included--no charge
