Rates & Terms:  Minimum Stay is 3 Weeks

Base Rate Fairway Villa:  $95 per night.  Minimum Stay is 3 Weeks.                                    
 
Value Monthly Rate:      $73 per night April, May, June, July, August, September, October-November 14

Units will remain on the rental market unit the rental agreement is returned and a deposit is received.  A $500 deposit due within 5 days of booking. Full payment is due 90 days before arrival. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Credit card will result in an additional 4.25% charge for handling. We take the following credit cards: Visa, Master Charge, Discovery, American Express, and  Bank Cards.  Payments are made on the secure PayPal website.  We never see your credit card information.

Process to secure the Property 



1.  Check the availability calendar, and then e-mail us or call to confirm your dates and the number of people in your party who are staying in the unit and/or any special arrangements that you need for this booking.                                                                                                              

2. Complete the rental agreement found on the link "rental agreement" in this website and click submit.                                                                                          

3.  Stan or Marie will  e-mail confirmation that we have received the rental agreement and that we have placed the unit on a 5 day hold.  We will also at this time confirm payment amount and method for delivery. [from your instructions: I'd like to pay via "check" or "paypal/credit card"

                                                                                                                 

4.  Another e-mail confirmation will follow the receipt of your payment indicating that the unit is booked until 90 days before arrival with tentative check-in information for you to review. 

 

5.  Make final payment as arranged..due 90 days before arrival or full payment due at the time of booking if arrival is less than 90 days out... and receive confirmation that your final payment has been received and the condo will be held until arrival.   Final check in information  

Cancellation Policy

We are retired teachers and private owners.  Therefore we cannot afford to have our units unoccupied.  Since most of our reservations are by the month or longer, most people book early with a majority of our reservations  confirmed 1-6 months in advance with only a few rentals made ?last minute?.   We strongly urge you to purchase travel/trip cancellation insurance.   W will make every attempt to secure a rental for a reservation that must be canceled regardless of the reason.   Should we be able to find another renter for the original rental period, we will refund 100% of your rental fee *minus a $200 administration fee.  

If we are only able to find a renter for a portion of the original rental period, the following refund schedule shall apply for the remaining days of the original rental agreement

All refunds after 89 days  minus a $200 administration fee based on the above schedule will be returned within 15 business days upon written receipt of a cancellation.  Should the unit then be rented after the initial refund is processed, you will receive the additional remaining balance upon confirmation of a new rental (defined as receipt of a cleared deposit).

To date, we have only had to use this policy once in the last 7 years and hope that it will never need to be utilized again.   We will work hard to insure that your stay with us will be a pleasant experience.  

Hawaii Law prohibits smoking on the Lanai

  • Effective November 16, 2006 smoking is prohibited in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public in order to ensure a consistent level of basic protections statewide from exposure to secondhand smoke. The term "enclosed or partially enclosed" is defined under the law as any space closed in by a roof or overhang and at least two walls, including, but not limited to, restrooms, lobbies, reception areas, hallways, interior courtyards, patios, covered walkways, bars, hotel and motel rooms, lanais, restaurants, retail service establishments and retail stores. 

  • All Oahu County parks and beaches went smoke free on January 1, 2014. [ROH 41-21.3 amended by Bill 25 (2013) CD2 RD 1]

  • State and county penalties for tobacco related offenses vary according to the particular incident.
  • Violators may be fined no more than $50 [HRS 328J-12 (a)]
  • Anyone who owns or operates a facility that fails to comply with HRS 328J may be fined $100 for the 1st violation, $200 for the 2nd violation within in a years’ time. [HRS 328J-12(F)]
