We stayed in the Sunrise Condo, #2207, for 40 days during the winter of 2009. It was our first time in the Fairway Villa, and we were very pleased. From the reservation stage to departure time, Marie was prompt, helpful & considerate. The condo was clean; washer/dryer were a bonus ! Security was great in the building, & we certainly enjoyed receiving the daily newspaper. Starter coffee, tea, laundry detergent, & spices were in the unit so that we did not have to buy these once we arrived.
We look forward to spending time in Marie's unit again in 2010 !

It was our first family trip in Hawaii. It is a very convenient condo to stay with children. Everything is there to cook if needed and take good care for your family along with canal, mountains, and ocean views from lanai and easy access to the store (2 minutes), cafe, beach and interesting night life - artists, singers, musicians. This condo is very much like a home- clean, neat, and well organized. Wonderful place to go! Thank you Marie and Stan for our pleasant Hawaii experience!

WOW!, I cannot begin to tell everyone how great the condo, as well as Stan and Marie are. This is the best kept secret in Hawaii. The security officers were very friendly, the THREE elevators were quick and worked perfectly, the parking space is is a great added comfort, the views from the the lani are wonderful. Don't worry about the Murphy bed, it sleeps great. Everthing in the condo worked great. It is close to everything. The roof was a dream with the pool, hot tub, sauna, grills and the views. If I am ever able to return to Hawaii, there is no doubt where I'll stay. I lived in Hawaii thirty years ago and had many family members visit me, I wish this place was available then. on a 5 star rating I would give it a 5+. Stan and Marie are great, they very attentive and make you feel like a friend right off. I wish to thank them for all that they did to make our trip/wedding perfect.
We went to Oahu to attend a wedding and were so pleased with this condo that we want to rent it again as soon as we can.
We ate breakfast every morning watching the sun dance on the mountains, and the golfers starting their day. The bed was brand new, thick and so comfortable that we slept many mornings later than we intended. The condo was located so convenient to everything that we only rented a car for a few days.
Marie and Stan definately went the extra mile and provided us with so many perks which we appreciated. We had a daily newspaper delivered to our door, there was starter coffee, and laundry detergent in the condo, and so many spices that we didn't have to buy any once we arrived.
We thought that we would go out every day, but we found that we loved the roof top pool. Many days we were the only one enjoying this wonderful spot. The views were unbelievable and we especially found it so romantic at night. We plan to stay again this coming year with Stan and Marie. They are amazing hosts.

From the first e-mail to Marie, I was amazed at how friendly, open, polite, and prompt she was answering my questions. Immediately she directed me to her website.
We received written confirmation of our deposit, and even a billing invoice!! Days later the same information arrived via ?slow mail? I figured this was all a pretty good sign, but I still was not prepared for how tastefully decorated and well supplied this condo was when we arrived! Everything was new, and it is spotleess from the light switches to the windows. Marie even called the morning after our arrival to be sure that we were pleased with everything before she paid her cleaning staff!!
Located on the 22nd floor, the sunrise cond has a wonderful view of Diamond Head. Marie had included a starter size container of laundry detergent, a full bar of soap, starter coffee, spices in the cupboard, beach chairs, a boogie board, beach towels, blender, and even an umbrella in case of rain. The Fairway Villa had just finished upgrading the hallways with new stucco walls, new lighting and crown molding. It looked very fresh and clean. The security personnel was friendly, the roof top is quiet and has wonderful views of the city, and we especially like having a washer/dryer in our condo, a full stove, and free parking. I'd highly recommend this condo.

I stayed in Marie & Stan's condo for 12days.The condo was very clean,and I'm so happy that they've just prepered everythings...soap,cleaner,beach chair,wireless internet,DVD ETC.......
The location is good and I used to watch great view from lanai.Thank you so much.

Stayed in Marie and Stan's condo for 2 weeks. I wish it could have been longer. The location is great. The condo was very clean and has everything you need for your stay..Marie and Stan are great people. And I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone..

Great site, and wonderful landlords. Clean well kept suite and great security. Enjoyed the perks. Most comfortable and close to all ammenities. The welcome was appreciated and the paper a real bonus. Thanks, good job, keep it up.

We stayed in Marie and Stan's rental condo for six weeks this past winter. We enjoyed it very much, the location was wonderful as was the condo, very clean and in very good condition. Marie and Stan were just super people and we enjoyed meeting them. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone wishing to spend time in Waikiki.

We booked the condo in the spring of 2007. We were very pleased with the quick replies to our emails and questions. We had stayed numerous times in the building before at other units so we were familiar with it. We just returned from our trip in 2008 and were happy with the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to stay in a unit without wiping out the dresser drawers first. The boxed treats and card left on the pillow when we arrived was also a nice touch. Too bad Stan and Marie couldn't do anything about all the rain we had!
